In fact, during the first half of 2024, approximately 11% of Sutter’s ambulatory patient visits (outside of labs and radiology) were virtual. Nine Sutter Health Plus network medical groups earned four stars or higher in quality of care or patient experience — or both — for care provided to patients enrolled in a Commercial Health Maintenance Organization, or HMO plan.
