Sutter Health Plan members now have access to 24/7 On-Demand Video Visits, expanding flexible virtual care options for members through My Health Online (MHO). This new service allows members to connect with Sutter clinicians quickly and conveniently, addressing a wide range of healthcare needs from the comfort of home. Depending on plan design, video visits are available for members at the same cost share or less than a regular in-person visit.
Flexible Care When Members Need It
Join a virtual queue to start an On-Demand Video Visit with a Sutter clinician — available 24/7, no appointment needed — for members age 18 months and older. For those who prefer to schedule ahead, MHO also offers options to book same-day care with a Sutter clinician or to schedule a visit with a primary care physician (PCP) for members age 3 months and older.

What Can Be Treated
Members can use On-Demand Video Visits for a wide range of non-emergency symptoms and conditions, including:
- Aches and pains
- Allergies and asthma
- Cold, flu and COVID
- Digestive health
- Eye irritation
- Emotional wellbeing
- Skin conditions
- Urinary health
To access these services, members simply sign in to their MHO account and select the care option that best fits their needs:
- On-Demand with a Sutter Clinician
Start a video visit right away with the next available Sutter clinician, available for members age 18 months and older. - Schedule With Your Primary Care Physician (PCP)
Available for members age 3 months and older. - Book With a Sutter Clinician
Schedule a time convenient for you, available for members age 18 months and older.
Easy Access via Mobile App or Computer
The My Health Online mobile app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play, provides the best experience for video visits. Members can also use their computer to access MHO. To get started, members should enroll and activate their MHO account at mho.sutterhealth.org. Those unsure if their PCP offers video visits can log in to check or contact their provider’s office for more information. If the provider doesn’t participate in MHO or the member is a new patient, they should contact their PCP’s office for video visit options.
Please note: Members must be physically located in California during their video visit appointment.
