Sutter Health Plan members have access to Bedside Mobile, a feature within My Health Online, designed to make managing an inpatient or observation stay easier. Once admitted to a Sutter hospital, the “Your Hospital Stay” menu will automatically appear at the top of the My Health Online homepage.
With Bedside Mobile, members and those assigned proxy access can view upcoming events like blood draws or provider visits, details about the care team, lab results, medications and helpful educational materials.

How to Enroll in My Health Online
There are four ways to enroll:
- At the doctor’s office: get in-person support at your next appointment.
- With an access code: request an access code from your care team or by submitting a downloadable form.
- An online form: fill out an online form and verify your account details.
- Over the phone: call 800-4SUTTER weekdays, 7:00 am – 7:00 pm.
